As a dietary supplement, adults should take 3-8 capsules before bed. Start with low dosage and gradually increase until desired bowel cleansing is reached, or as directed by a physician. Average dose is 3 capsules per day.

Bowtrol Probiotic Healthy Flora
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults should take 1-3 capsules between meals, 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a physician.

Bowtrol Colon Control
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults should take 2-4 capsules in the morning and 2-4 capsules at night. If diarrhea continues, increase dosage by one capsule and continue taking product until desired effects are realized, or as directed by a physician.

Sensitive Digestion is part of a family of Gastrointestinal Xoncerns. These occasional gastrointestinal symptoms that have no structural or biochemical cause. Sensitive Digestion is a functional concern of the digestive system that includes occasional diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, and painful cramping.

3. What are the symptoms of Sensitive Digestion?
The most common symptoms that Sensitive Digestion patients experience are occasional diarrhea, abdominal pain, gas, bloating, diarrhea and or constipation, mucus in the stool, bowel urgency or incontinence, and a feeling of incomplete evacuation after a bowel movement. Sensitive Digestion is considered to be a disorder that is mainly experienced in the lower gastrointestinal tract, so the symptoms tend to remain located below the navel.
